We serve fresh home-cooked food daily. All of our meat is sourced from our Local Butcher Hutchinsons of Greenodd who sources his meat from Local Farms, sometimes it may even be is own hand-reared stock. All of our vegetables are sourced from a Mcclures of Windermere and our bread is delivered from Grange Bakery. There is a regularly changing Specials Board, which features a variety of home-cooked dishes. Our menu features a variety of home-cooked dishes, including traditional Lake District favourite Cumberland Sausage, a Pie of the Day and Homemade Burger, along with Vegetarian dishes.
Sunday Roasts are available every Sunday with a choice of 3 meats, all locally sourced, home-cooked with all the trimmings you would expect to find on a traditional Sunday Roast. We have a homemade Vegetarian Nut Roast available with Vegetarian Gravy and all the trimmings, as well as having Gluten Free Gravy available upon request.
We offer fresh Sandwiches every Lunchtime between 12-3pm with a delicious choice of fillings.
We also have a childrens’ menu, with locally sourced ingredients and all home-cooked food.
And for afters, we have a Dessert Board featuring a variety of sweets including Lake District favourite, Caramel Sticky Toffee Pudding made by the Cartmel Sticky Toffee Pudding Company.
